Note: A printed copy of the installation instructions is included with each cover. We make them available ahead of time to allow you to know the installation procedure before you buy.

The "generic kit" comes with a 6 foot long piece of chrome trim that will have to be trimmed after installation with a sharp knife. It will fit around the gas tanks specifically mentioned above, and any other gas tank that has a bottom edge that is similar to the illustration at the right. The edge thickness must be 1/8" or less.
